Onboarding & Strategy Call

We begin with a focused call to understand your brand, goals, audience, and content needs so the month starts with clarity.

Monthly Content Planning

Before content day, you receive a clear breakdown of concepts, video ideas, and any talking points to prepare.

Content Day

We meet on-site and Camarah guides the shoot with posing, transitions, direction, and support so you feel confident on camera.

Editing & Curation

Your content is edited, organized, and delivered in a clean format with reels, photos, captions when included, and platform-specific versions.

Posting & Management

For management packages, content is scheduled, posted, and optimized for engagement while you stay focused on your business.

Monthly Review

We review performance, identify what resonated, and refine the next month so your strategy keeps evolving.

Client Guidelines & Policies
  • Content is typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days after your content day or event session.
  • Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows incur a $150 rescheduling fee.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required for events and one-time services. Remaining balances are due on or before content day. Monthly packages are billed on a recurring basis.
  • Please allow 24 to 48 business hours for replies by email, text, or phone.
Client Responsibilities
  • Arrive on time for your booked session.
  • Have outfits prepared and the filming location ready.
  • Bring props, products, or materials needed for the shoot.
  • Prepare talking points when spoken or educational content is planned.
Rights & Extras
  • Minor revisions are included when needed. Major changes or additional revisions may require an added fee.
  • Clients receive full usage rights for content created.
  • LevelUp Media Agency may use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise.
  • Additional fees may apply for rush editing, travel outside Moncton, extra content requests, and add-on services.
  • A respectful, collaborative environment is expected during all sessions. Disruptive behavior may result in a session ending early.
